Custom E-Commerce Platform for a Top-10 European Retailer
Led the rebuild of a legacy monolithic system into a high-performance custom e-commerce platform for a retailer with 35M+ monthly users and $5B+ revenue. Scaled the team from 150 to 300+, managed 12 cross-functional teams, and delivered the transformation in 18 months. The new platform enabled faster delivery, lower costs, and a much-improved customer experience.
Building AI Policies for Top 10 European Food Retailer
Researched why employees at a large retailer (with $7B+ revenue, 80k+ employees) were secretly using AI tools. The findings guided the design of AI policies that focus on fairness, clarity, and employee involvement, creating safer and more effective adoption.
AI Driven Parental Control Startup
Moved the startup from Ideation to MVP stage, acting as Principal Technical Advisor for an AI-powered parental control app. Overseeing technology stack selection, product roadmap planning, team formation, and technical delivery to progress from the Ideation and Pre-Seed phases to the MVP stage and support ongoing product growth.
