Context

A leading European cybersecurity software firm faced difficulties sourcing qualified junior talent with the right mix of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. To address this, I established a dedicated learning centre for university students starting from their third year of study.

Challenge

The goal was to prepare a steady pipeline of skilled graduates ready to transition directly into professional roles at the company. The programme needed to combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience in real-world cybersecurity projects.

Contribution

I designed and launched the learning centre, developing curricula tailored to industry needs, setting up labs and practice environments, and engaging senior professionals as mentors.
